Results of comlex application of artroscopic debridement and proximal fibular osteotomy at the treatment of deformic artritis of knee with acute pain syndrome

Abstract
Materials and methods. Into investigation included 51 patients with acute pain syndrome varusal
deformic artritis of knee aged from 35 till 60 yy, treated in the department of sport trauma of
Republican specialized scientific and practical medical center of traumatology and orthopedy and in
the department of emergence traumatology of Bukhara branch of Republican Research Center of the
Emergency Medicine at the period from 2018 to 2021 yy. All patients made application of knee joint
debridement and proximal fibular osteotomy (PFO) by standard technique. Achieved results were
analyzed by indicators of «visual analog scale» (VAS).
Results. Operative results were analyzed at early (3-, 6-, 12-months) and long term (after 12 months)
postoperative periods. Results were estimated on anterior and lateral projections X – ray and by VAS scale.
In most cases was noted objective decreasing of pain sensation (high then 13 scales). Only in 4 (7,8%)
cases was conflicted to refractory pain syndrome. At results was obtained in 27 (53%) cases good and in
20 (39,2%) patients satisfactory results.
Conclusion. Analysis of achieved results in patients of main and control groups was described the
considerable improvement of the share of good results of complex application of debridement of knee and
debridement.
