If authorship is attributed to a group of authors, all members of the group must meet all criteria and requirements for authors (for example: development of the concept and design or analysis and interpretation of data; drafting the manuscript or checking critical intellectual content; final approval of the manuscript; agreement to accept responsibility for all aspects works and the guarantee that all questions related to the accuracy and good faith of any part of it can be properly investigated and settled), the names are arranged in descending order of the size of the contribution of the co-authors.

The name of the institution. It is necessary to give the full official name of the institution (without abbreviations) in which the study was conducted. If authors from different institutions took part in writing the manuscript, it is necessary to correlate the names of the institutions and the full names of the authors by adding numerical indices in upper case. The name of the first author should correspond to the name of the institution also mentioned first.

The summary of the article (if the work is original) should be structured: relevance, purpose, materials and methods, results, conclusion. The summary should fully correspond to the content of the work. It should reflect information on the selection of participants, the conditions for conducting the study, methods of collecting and analyzing data. The results are presented with indication of the quantitative characteristics of the observed effect and its statistical and clinical significance. The conclusions draw attention to new and important aspects of the study and note significant limitations. The total volume of the summary text is 250-300 words. The text of the summary should not contain undeciphered abbreviations, with the exception of units of measurement.

The full text (in Russian, English or both languages), signed by all co-authors, must be structured into sections. Study descriptions should be based on guidelines such as CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA, and STARD. The structure of the full text of the manuscript, devoted to the description of the results of the original study, should correspond to the generally accepted template and contain sections: introduction (relevance), purpose, materials and methods, results, discussion (discussion), conclusion, conclusions.

Introduction. The section reveals the relevance of the study with the involvement of literature data, highlights the state of the issue with links to the most significant publications. At the end of the introduction, its purpose is formulated.

Aim. reflects the need to address the current issue arising from the content of the introduction.

Material and methods. The section is devoted to information about patients included in the study (quantitative and qualitative characteristics of patients/examined volunteers are given) or experimental animals/devices, study design, clinical, laboratory, instrumental, experimental and other methods used, including methods of statistical data processing. When mentioning equipment and medicines, the company and country of origin are indicated in brackets. The journal uses international non-proprietary names (INN) of medicines and preparations. Trade (proprietary) names under which preparations are produced by various companies are given in the "Material and Methods" section, indicating the manufacturer and their international non-proprietary (generic) name.

The results are the main part of the manuscript. The results should be presented in the text in a logical sequence, they can also be presented in the form of tables and illustrations. Graphs should be preferred over voluminous tables. Duplication of results is not allowed: the text should not repeat all the data from tables and figures, only the most important of them should be mentioned or commented on; the figures should not duplicate the data given in the tables. Figure captions and descriptions of details on them under the appropriate numbering are presented on a separate page. Measurement values must comply with the International System of Units (SI). Abbreviations used, except for commonly used ones, must be deciphered and included in the list placed before the "Introduction" section.

The designations of chemical elements and compounds are given verbally in the text, except when there is an objective need to write chemical formulas.

The Latin names of microorganisms are given in italics in accordance with the modern classification. At the first mention, the name of the microorganism is given in full - genus and species (for example, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptomyces lividans), when mentioned again, the generic name is reduced to one letter (E. coli, S. aureus, S. lividans).

The names of genetic elements are given in lowercase letters, in italics, in the three-letter designation of the Latin alphabet (tet), and the products encoded by the corresponding genetic elements are in capital direct letters (TET).

Discussion. The section includes an interpretation of the results and their significance, with references to previously published own work and the work of other authors. The content of the section should be clear and concise. It is necessary to highlight new and important aspects of the results of your research and, if possible, compare them with data from other researchers. It is not necessary to repeat the information already given in the "Introduction" section and the details from the "Results" section. It is necessary to note the limits of the research competence and its practical significance. Hypotheses and informed recommendations can be included in the discussion.

Conclusion. In the section, in the thesis plan, the results of the study based on the analyzed data are summed up, and issues that require further solution are highlighted.
