Prospects for the application of modern methods of endoscopic hemostasis for gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding

Abstract

The article is devoted to problems of a bleeding from a stomach and duodenal ulcers. One of the methods
of an ulcer bleeding control is endoscopic hemostasis. There were analyzed possibilities and versions of an
endoscopic hemostasis, including mechanisms, techniques and results of argon-plasma bleeding controls,
clipping of a bleeding vessel, combination of bleeding hemostasis with powdered biopolymer ulcer bleedings. Also, modern problems of endoscopic hemostasis are studied at gastroduodenal ulcer bleedings.
