Abstract

The article presents a case of acute oral poisoning with a severe indirect anticoagulant, complicated by the
development of toxic coagulopathy and bleeding in a 69-year-old patient. Acute poisoning was manifested

therapy included: infusion, transfusion, detoxification, correction of acid-base disorders, antiplatelet
agents, statins, antihypertensive therapy, oxygen therapy and normalization of energy balance. To quickly
neutralize the indirect anticoagulant, fresh frozen plasma (FFP) was used as the first-line drug of therapy.
As a result of intensive care, on the fourteenth day, the patient was discharged in a satisfactory condition.
