Abstract
Described morphological changes in thermal lesions of the skin in animals with burns II-IIIAB degree,
using in the treatment of a polymer film containing silver nanoparticles at a concentration of 0.00216%,
0.00324%, 0.00432%, 0.00648%, based on experimental data. The object of the study was 60 white rats,
divided into 4 groups. Studies of the central and peripheral parts of the burn zone were carried out on the
7th, 15th and 30th days with a comparison of the clinical and morphological results obtained. At the same
time, the best results were noted in 1 (0.00216%) and 4 (0.00648%) groups, since it was in these groups
that connective tissue was formed by the 30th day, while in 2 (0.00324%) and in 3 (0.00432%) groups,
granulation tissue was formed in the same time intervals. It has been morphologically proven that the
use of Ag-CMC coatings makes it possible to shorten the recovery process, being the most physiologically
acceptable coatings of the wound surface.
