Abstract

A case of successful reconstructive surgery for incomplete traumatic amputation of the hand
of an 8-year-old child with a long history of ischemia is described. As a result of the microsurgery performed, it was not only possible to preserve the hand as an organ, but also to achieve
a good recovery of function.
