Abstract

Aim: to study the effectiveness of endoscopic retrograde pancreaticocholangiography and endoscopic
papillosphincterotomy in mechanical jaundice syndrome.
Materials and methods: it has been analysed the cases clinical records of 703 patients, who were hospitalized
due to mechanical jaundice and were cured during 2010-2020 in the Navoi branch of the RRCEM. 603 patients
from 703, who were identified mechanical jaundice in their gall-bladder passed ERPHG medical examination.
Results: diagnostic effectiveness of ERPHG made up 92,5% and the effectiveness of healing EPST practice made
up 84,8% as a result dynamic observation of mechanical jaundice in the Navoi branch of the RRCEM.
