A case of acute pancreatitis with necrosis of the cellular tissue of the round ligament of the liver and the anterior abdominal wall

Abstract

The article presents a clinical case of a patient with an atypical course of pancreatic necrosis-necrosis of
pancreatic tissue, parapancreatic, paracolic, paranephral, retroperitoneal tissue with massive infiltration
and necrosis of the cellular tissue of the round ligament of the liver, anterior abdominal wall.In the
observations analyzed by the authors, timely detection and radical treatment with the implementation of
programmed rehabilitation bursoomentoscopy.
